Christopher Robles has been practicing law since 2015. Chris works every aspect of residential and commercial real estate from examining title and handling title curative problems to preparing and issuing title policies and coordinating closings. Chris has also had the opportunity to gain experience in a diverse array of practice areas including real estate, consumer finance, wills and estates, contracts, personal injury, and other various civil matters.

When it comes to real estate, Chris has seen first-hand the myriad of issues that can affect title to property and has been a part of the solution to those problems. He has been involved in nearly 1,000 real estate transactions including sales, refinances, reverse mortgages, construction loans, investment properties, donations, quitclaims, etc. Chris attended Louisiana State University, the University of New Orleans, and Southern University Law Center, where he earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.). He is also a licensed Louisiana Title Insurance Producer and is certified with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission as a licensed vendor to provide CE courses throughout the year.

Outside of the office, Chris is using his artistic abilities in photography and film to create art. He is also a die-hard Saints fan, and lives in Metairie, Louisiana with his wife, Melissa, and his two sons, Nolan and Grayson.

Lynn was born and raised in Canada, but has lived in Louisiana for over 20 years. She loves using her years of experience in the real estate industry to help others throughout the processes of buying, selling, refinancing, etc. Lynn is likely to be your main point of contact from start to finish. We appreciate her ongoing expertise and compelling willingness to work around the clock to ensure all closings are done efficiently and on time!

Megan has lived in Louisiana for nearly ten years. After moving from Alabama for a year-long internship right out of college, she decided to stay and build her life here. Her favorite thing to do in New Orleans is to ride the St. Charles streetcar line with a coffee and sketchpad in hand. At Latitude Title, she keeps you informed on our social media platforms and makes it fun and easy for our clients to stay connected with the group long after our initial meeting. We appreciate her upbeat and outgoing personality and all her hard work in coordinating our marketing activities and initiatives.
